You can expect to engage in deep, honest conversations. We are two real people meeting together in all our messy humanness. This means that I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t have the power to magically solve all of your struggles. What I WILL do is provide a protected space for you to unlock your own power to solve those struggles. I will listen deeply, ask you questions, and offer practical tools to help you get unstuck and think about your life story in a new and different way

Individual therapy is $180 for a 50-minute session.
Couples therapy is $225 for a 60-minute session.
Longer sessions are also available for an additional fee.
Payment is due at the time of the session, and I accept credit and debit cards (including HSA or FSA cards) through a HIPAA compliant app called IvyPay

Since I am an out-of-network provider I can provide a suberbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Each insurance plan is slightly different in terms of what they will reimburse, so to get a specific breakdown of what your plan covers you can call them and ask for the "outpatient mental health benefits for an out-of-network provider.”

Nope! I work therapeutically with all people, regardless of religious background (or any other personally defining factor). I just have extra training in faith integration, meaning that (for those that want it) I can integrate the Christian faith into the overall process of therapy and healing.

Nope! Conquering Panic Attacks is written for anyone that struggles with anxiety
However, Overcoming Anxiety is a course that was specifically created to help Christians struggling with anxiety, so much of the material is written from a Christian perspective and talks explicitly about God and the Bible, and how aspects of the Christian faith can be used to both understand and treat anxiety. I truly believe that anyone can get meaningful help with their anxiety from the course, but if you don’t feel comfortable with the faith integration piece then that’s totally ok and I would recommend enrolling in Conquering Panic Attacks instead!

No - my online courses and digital resources are separate types of support that are not therapy. Even though I am a licensed therapist, enrolling in my online courses or downloading my digital resources does not imply that I’m your therapist, and no therapeutic relationship exists or is implied by joining the courses or purchasing the resources alone.
